My VIP Design Day is a dedicated 6-8 hour intensive design session to build your complete brand identity plan and foundational designs, delivered and fully polished within 7 days.

FAQs + Onboarding Details

  • Yes, the VIP Design Day is a full one-day working session — but the process is two-phase.

    On Design Day we build your complete brand identity plan and foundational designs together in real time.

    Over the following 7 days, I take everything we created and fully polish it into final, delivery-ready files.

    You'll be actively involved the whole way through — Design Day is the creative sprint, the week after is the finish line.

  • Simply select a date from the available calendar and complete the booking with $100 deposit. This is non-refundable and will be applied towards your project invoice. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

  • Once booked, you’ll get:

    A welcome email with your next steps

    A link to schedule your Pre-VIP Strategy Call which will take place on the Monday prior to your design day appointment.

  • Your VIP Day is a 6-8 hour intensive design session, during which I work exclusively on your project. I will communicate with you via a share platform and keep you informed along the way.

  • VIP Days are designed for intensive focus, but you can book a second day or extended support, at a discounted rate, if needed.

  • One round of minor refinements is included within 48 hours of delivery.

    Additional revisions can be booked as a VIP Support Package for an additional charge.

  • You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice before your VIP Day.

  • At the end of the design day, you’ll receive:

    ✔ Complete brand identity plan + foundational designs reviewed together on Design Day

    ✔ Fully polished final files delivered within 7 days via organized Google Drive folder

    ✔ Brand guidelines (if applicable)

    ✔ Post-VIP support options for ongoing assistance

  • Due to the nature of this service, VIP Days are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed within outlined project timeline.
