What is a VIP Design Day?

My VIP Design Day is a dedicated 6-8 hour intensive design session to build your complete brand identity plan and foundational designs, delivered and fully polished within 7 days.

FAQs + Onboarding Details

  • Yes, the VIP Design Day is a full one-day working session — but the process is two-phase.

    On Design Day we spend 6-8 hours building your complete brand identity plan and foundational designs together in real time.

    All communication happens inside your private ClickUp client portal so nothing gets lost.

    Phase 2 is the polish week. After your design day, I take everything we created and fully refine it into final, delivery-ready files. You'll receive your completed deliverables within 7 days.

    The process wraps up with your included Wrap-Up Call — where we walk through every deliverable together so you feel confident using everything I've built for you.

    Design Day is the creative sprint, the week after is the finish line.

  • Select an available Wednesday or Thursday from the calendar and complete your booking with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit is applied toward your total balance, which is finalized on your Pre-VIP Strategy Call.

    At booking you'll also complete a short design questionnaire — this helps me review your goals and vision before we connect on Monday.

    Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with your next steps and a link to schedule your Pre-VIP Strategy Call.

  • Once booked, you’ll get:

    1. A welcome email with your next steps and a link to book your Pre-VIP Strategy Call — this takes place the Monday before your design day.

    2. On your Monday Strategy Call we'll finalize your design package, walk through your inspiration and assets, and collect your remaining balance.

    3. On your VIP Design Day we'll work together for 6–8 hours inside your private ClickUp client portal. You'll receive live updates and check-ins throughout the day.

    4. After your design day I'll spend the following days polishing everything into final files.

    5. You'll receive your completed deliverables within 7 days, along with a link to book your included Wrap-Up Call.

    6. On your Wrap-Up Call we walk through everything together so you're fully confident using your new brand assets.

  • Your VIP Day is a 6-8 hour intensive design session, during which I work exclusively on your project.

    Throughout the day we'll communicate and collaborate inside your private ClickUp client portal — you'll receive real-time check-ins, draft previews, and feedback requests so you're always in the loop.

    Plan to be available for quick responses during check-in windows. Your input keeps the creative momentum going.

  • VIP Days are designed for intensive focus, — that's what makes the results so powerful.

    That said, if you need extended support or want to book a second day for additional deliverables, that's available at a discounted VIP rate.

    Just ask when we connect on your Pre-VIP Strategy Call and we'll figure out what makes sense for your project.

  • Your VIP Design Day includes one round of refinements, managed through your ClickUp client portal. Once your final files are delivered, you'll review everything and submit any revision notes directly in ClickUp — keeping feedback organized and attached to the right deliverables.

    If you need additional revisions beyond the included round, those can be booked as a VIP Support Package at an additional charge.

  • You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice before your VIP Design Day. Your $100 deposit carries over to your new date.

    Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice or a second reschedule request may require a new deposit to hold the date.

    Reach out as soon as you know and we'll find a solution that works.

  • At the end of your design day you'll receive draft deliverables inside your ClickUp client portal for review.

    Once revisions are complete, your final delivery includes:

    ✔ Fully polished final files — delivered within 7 days via an organized Google Drive folder

    ✔ All assets in high-res formats (PNG, JPG, SVG as applicable)

    ✔ Brand guidelines (if applicable to your package)

    ✔ Access to your ClickUp portal with all project notes, decisions, and assets

    ✔ Your included Wrap-Up Call — a dedicated session to walk through every deliverable together

    ✔ Post-VIP support options for ongoing design assistance

  • Due to the nature of this service, VIP Days are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed within outlined project timeline.
