  • Yes — your copy, images, and brand assets must be submitted at least 48 hours before your design day. This is what makes the one-day format possible. Don't worry — once you book, you'll receive a prep checklist that walks you through exactly what to gather. If you need help with copy or content, ask about add-ons.

    What if I don’t have branding yet?
    No problem! If you need a visual brand identity (logo, fonts, colors), we’ll either schedule a branding VIP session first, or we’ll adjust your Website in a Day to start with brand visuals before diving into layout. This may extend the timeline slightly — and that's okay!

    Will my site be done in one day?
    Your first draft (homepage + core pages) will be designed and delivered by the end of your VIP Day. You'll review it, send feedback, and I'll spend the next few days refining. Your final site is delivered within 7 days of your Design Day.

    How many pages are included?
    Typically 2–3 custom-designed pages (Homepage, About, Services or Contact). If you need more pages, we can discuss add-ons or a multi-day package.

    Can I make edits to my site later on?
    Yes! You’ll receive a walkthrough video showing you how to make updates on your own — no tech background needed. I also offer optional support if you’d like help post-launch.

We'll either schedule a VIP Brand Identity session first, or bundle it into a Brand + Website package so everything is cohesive from day one. This is priced separately starting at $2,500 — book a discovery call and we'll figure out the right path together.

  • Your first draft — homepage and core pages — will be designed and delivered by the end of Design Day. From there, you'll review it, send feedback, and I'll spend the next few days refining and polishing. Your final, launch-ready site is delivered within 7 daysof your Design Day. Think of Day 1 as the creative sprint and the rest of the week as the finish line.

  • The standard package includes 2–3 custom-designed pages — typically Homepage, About, and Services or Contact. If you need more pages, we can discuss add-ons or a multi-day package. Need 10+ pages? Reach out for a custom quote.

  • This service builds on Squarespace or Wix — both are beginner-friendly platforms you'll be able to update yourself after launch. If you need a fully custom-coded site, this isn't the right service — but reach out and I can point you in the right direction.

  • Yes! You'll receive a walkthrough video showing you how to make updates on your own — no tech background needed. You also get a 7-day post-launch support window for any questions that come up. Ongoing support is available as an optional add-on after that.

  • Once your $100 deposit is received, you'll get a welcome email with your next steps, a content prep checklist, and a link to schedule your 30-minute kickoff call — where we'll align on your vision, goals, and design direction before Design Day.

  • One round of refinements is included within the 7-day window. Additional revisions beyond that can be booked as a VIP Support Package at an additional charge.

  • You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice before your Design Day. Rescheduling requests made after that window may not be accommodated.

  • Due to the nature of this service, Website in a Week bookings are non-refundable. Your $100 deposit is non-refundable and applied toward your total. Rescheduling is available within the outlined policy above.
