FAQs + Onboarding Details

  • Yes — and this is the single most important thing to get right.

    All copy, images, and brand assets must be submitted at least 48 hours before your Design Day.

    Not after the strategy call. Not the night before. 48 hours before.

    This is a firm requirement because I need time to review and prepare everything before we start building.

    Late submissions push the entire week timeline back.

    Here's what you'll need ready:

    • All written copy — headlines, about text, service descriptions, bios

    • Images — professional photos, product shots, or approved stock

    • Brand assets — logo files, color codes, fonts

    • Any inspiration sites with notes on what you love about them

    Use your ClickUp client portal to submit everything as you gather it. I'll confirm receipt before Monday's strategy call.

    Don't have it all yet? That's what the Pre-VIP Strategy Call on Monday is for — we'll figure out what's missing and make a plan.

  • No branding means we can't jump straight into the website — and that's completely okay.

    You have two options:

    Option 1 — VIP Design Day first. We book a separate VIP Design Day to build your brand identity (logo, colors, moodboard, fonts), then schedule your Website in a Week once you have everything ready. Your brand assets become the foundation the site is built on.

    Option 2 — Brand + Website Bundle. We combine both into one scoped engagement. You'll see pricing on this page — it starts at $2,500+ depending on what you need. Book a free discovery call and I'll put together a custom quote.

    Either way, your site will be built on a real brand — not a cobbled-together first attempt. That's what makes the difference between a site that looks professional.

  • Your first draft — homepage and core pages — will be designed and delivered by the end of Design Day. From there, you'll review it, send feedback, and I'll spend the next few days refining and polishing. Your final, launch-ready site is delivered within 7 daysof your Design Day. Think of Day 1 as the creative sprint and the rest of the week as the finish line.

  • The standard package includes 2–3 custom-designed pages — typically Homepage, About, and Services or Contact. If you need more pages, we can discuss add-ons or a multi-day package. Need 10+ pages? Reach out for a custom quote.

  • Yes! You'll receive a walkthrough video showing you how to make updates on your own — no tech background needed. You also get a 7-day post-launch support window for any questions that come up. Ongoing support is available as an optional add-on after that.

  • Once your $100 deposit is received, you'll get a welcome email with your next steps.

    Here's your full journey from booking to launch:

    1. You receive a confirmation email with your week timeline and a link to book your Pre-VIP Strategy Call.

    2. On your Monday Strategy Call we confirm your sitemap, review your content and assets, finalize your platform (Squarespace or Wix), and collect your remaining balance.

    3. You submit all content, images, and brand assets to your ClickUp client portal at least 48 hours before your Design Day.

    4. On Design Day (Wed or Thu) we build together for 6–8 hours. Real-time check-ins and communication happen inside ClickUp all day.

    5. During Days 2–6 you review drafts and submit feedback through ClickUp. I refine based on your direction.

    6. On Day 7 your final site is delivered along with a walkthrough video. You'll receive a link to book your Handover Call.

    7. On your Handover Call we walk through the live site together — backend, updates, domain, everything — so you can run it confidently on your own.

  • The revision rounds built into Days 2–6 are your included opportunity to refine the design. All feedback is submitted through your ClickUp client portal — organized, trackable, and attached to the right pages.

    Once your final site is delivered, one additional minor revision round is included within 7 days of delivery.

    Beyond that, additional revisions, new pages, or design changes can be handled as a VIP Support Package at an additional rate. Just reach out and we'll figure out the best way to scope it.

  • You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice before your Design Day. Your 50% deposit carries over to your new date.

    Note that rescheduling shifts the entire week — your Pre-VIP Strategy Call will also need to be rebooked for the Monday before your new design day. You'll receive a new booking link in your reschedule confirmation email.

    Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice or a second reschedule request may require a new deposit to hold the date. Reach out as early as possible and we'll find a solution.

  • Due to the nature of this service, Website in a Week bookings are non-refundable. Your $100 deposit is non-refundable and applied toward your total. Rescheduling is available within the outlined policy above.
